How to Order

  

1. Get Started!

    • Contact us by calling, emailing, or using direct message on our facebook page for quotation and any other questions you might have about placing the order.

 2. Let the fun begin!

    • Receive quotation. Send us the styles and quantities you are interested in and we will generate an initial estimate for your order. Deposit the 50% based on your initial estimation to get your order moving forward. It is still ok to revise the quantity and styles at this stage. 
    • Got your own designer? Design on our template then submit it to our artist.

    • Need help to design? Consult with us and we can take your ideas and create the exact design you are looking for. It is important to have the artwork designed on our official template to ensure that your artwork will fit on our patterns. This is also the stage for you to inquire the vector logo files from your sponsors if you have any. 
      * Extra fee may apply if we need to retrace your sponsor logos for the best production outcome.

    • Order the fit sample kit. Download our sample request form and fill it out with the styles and sizes you’d like to try on. Gather all your team members for the size fitting party and carefully study the fit and material that we are offering.
      * The size issues will not be warranted if you skip this process.

3. Wait for your design to get real!

    • The production usually takes 5 to 8 weeks. This is where the magic happens.

4. Enjoy your kit!

    • Pay the remaining balance when your kit is completed. We will arrange the shipping with you. Go out there and enjoy your custom apparel!
