How long does it take for my order to reach me?

After we receive the payment via bank transfer/deposit, we will then process your order on our end, kindly give us 1 business day to process your order. Our shipping rates are based on LBC, products can be received 2-3 days after shipping out.

I have not received my order, who do I contact about this?

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within Philippines territory.

How will I know if the product is available or out of stock?

Once a product or certain sizes are out of stock, the purchase button for that product will be disabled.

How can I pay for my order?

We use the Paymongo platform to accept payments. It allows you to pay via various services such as Gcash, Paymaya, bank transfer, and more. A PayPal option is also available.

Can I have the product shipped to another address besides my billing address?

Yes, on the checkout page, you will be able to add in the shipping address for the order.

I want to ask for an order cancellation, how can I get a refund?
