Is there a minimum order quantity for your custom order?
There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our Elite and Advanced Triathlon collection. However, all other styles, including Cycling, Running, and Casual wear, require a minimum order of 3 pieces
How do I know the price for customized design kit?
Upon your inquiry via our facebook direct message, email or phone call, we will generate an official quotation based on the info we received. Our pricing will be based on the styles and quantity you wish to order.
Do you charge design fee?
We waive the design fee if you provide us with design references, sketches, and a high-resolution logo. This covers up to two design studies. An additional design fee will apply if more design studies are requested. Please note that logo tracing services are not included in the free initial design service.
How do I make the payment?
We accept cash deposit over the counter and bank transfer wired payment to Metrobank, BDO Unibank Inc. and Gcash, Paypal payment options is also available if you are outside of Philippines.
What is your turnaround time?
The production turnaround time range from 4 to 6 weeks depending on the order volume, time of the season and styles ordered. Our average turn our order turnaround time is 5 weeks.
Can I make changes after I sign off on my order?
Under few circumstances, we might be still able to make modification to your order; however, our policy states that orders are not allowed to change once it is submitted to the production. Please contact us if you need help on your order.
How much is it if I'd like to make additional order?
The price is same for the same styles from your previous order within the same race season. If you are reordering the previous race season kit, we will use the current season price with previous season quantity group that we quoted you. Please contact us if you need help on this!
How do I receive my order?
We use LBC Express for domestic shipments. For delivery within Metro Manila, you may opt for Lalamove for express same day delivery. DHL Express is our partner for international shipments.
I would like to make adjustments after receiving my custom kit. Is it possible?
Yes, we can make certain adjustments even after the custom kit has been delivered. However, these adjustments are limited to reducing or trimming your existing kit. We cannot add length or enlarge the size of your kit. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the work required. Contact us for details.
Is it possible to add a logo after receiving my custom kit?
We can add the logo at certain location without strip the garment completely (not recommended!). The best locations are bands on the sleeves and shorts. Any other locations will require extensive work and may cost highly. Consult with us if you are considering to have this done.
