All orders require 50% deposit before we could place send it to our production queue. We accept bank telegraphic transfer, all the major credit cards and paypal payment. We also accept certified and personal check. Please make it payable to PSI Custom Sportswear Inc. Exact shipping charges will be added to the prepaid balance or COD.

Placing Order

Customer is responsible to final check and approve the styles, quantities, art logo placement and spelling that were prepared by the custom apparel specialist and our in house artist. Customer is also responsible for receiving permission for use of all logos and/or copyrighted material incorporated into the design.

An order would qualify as a reorder when the design, style, and sponsor logos has no changes from the previous order that was placed in the same season. The minimum quantity for a reorder is 2 pieces. You may mix any style and genders to meet the minimum. Any changes in type of garment, colors, text, logos, art, etc. considered new order, not a reorder.

  1.  Art stage: We will refund the 50% deposit and bill only the art time that has spent at the time of cancellation.
  2. Prior to production stage: If the order is still in production queue, 25% of the total order will be charged as cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
  3. Production stage: 50% deposit will not be refunded to the customer. All goods will be remain the property of PSI Custom Sportswear Inc.

Art Fee

The design art fee is a flat rate of Php 3000.00 or USD 70.00 for two initial design concepts and unlimited revision after you choose one of the design; however, if additional design is required, it will become hourly rate of Php 2000 or USD 50.00 until the project’s completion. The rate for logo vectorization is Php 1000 or USD 25.00 per hour. If you submit your artwork digitally or drawing on our template, there will be no art charges.

All custom orders are accepted on a first-come-first-serve-basis. Please place your order early. Your delivery date will depend on when we receive your final order. Delivery is subject to the current production schedule and unless a specific date has been agreed upon in writing, delivery may be postponed. Completed orders will be shipped after customers balance is paid in full.

Fit Sample Kit

Deposit is required to obtain the Fit Sample Kit. Due to the limited quantity on fit sample kit, we will only send maximum 2 pieces per size, per style depending on the size or the team/club. We will not address the sizing issue if the customer did not order the fit sample kit. The Samples Kit are available for sizing purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the samples are returned in good condition. When the samples are returned your deposit will be credited or we will credit your account if you are placing an order. Samples not returned during your order time frame will be presumed purchased.
